Your choice

Providing information is voluntary; you have no legal obligation to complete this form. We need your name, a way to contact you, a short description and permission to respond to handle an enquiry through the form. You can also contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Permission to respond concerns this enquiry only. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include sensitive information, passwords, payment details or other people’s personal information.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, phone or email, optional business name and enquiry. We also record the form language, permission and privacy notice version, receipt time and request ID to respond, track follow-up and avoid duplicate enquiries.

Limited campaign tags and the form page path may be recorded. We do not copy the full browsing URL or referring website into the enquiry. Processing and notification statuses and technical hashes support duplicate prevention and abuse limits.

Storage and service providers

The intake is designed to save enquiries in a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script, owned by the existing business account. An internal email alert contains an ID, time and row link, without your name, contact details or enquiry text. Daniel handles enquiries; further access is granted only for handling them.

Google provides the sheet, form processing and email; Vercel hosts the website. These providers may process technical information, including IP addresses and operational logs. Storage and processing may take place outside Israel. We do not sell information or send enquiries to social networks. Social and WhatsApp links open external services governed by their own policies.

Browser storage

The website currently uses no advertising or marketing analytics tools. Only limited campaign tags are kept in sessionStorage for the browsing session. Form details stay in page memory while you complete the form, rather than browser storage. They are cleared after confirmed success and retained in the form after an unconfirmed submission so you can retry.

Retention

No fixed deletion date has been set for enquiries and no automatic deletion is enabled. Enquiries are retained to document handling and follow up on business contact, including where no client engagement results. Information requests and any duties to review, minimise or delete information are handled under applicable law.

Access, correction and other requests

Contact Daniel to request access to information about you or correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, as provided by law. You may also ask us to stop handling or delete an enquiry; requests are assessed in light of the circumstances and retention duties. Reasonable identity verification may be needed before disclosure or changes.
